Impulse Developments retained Boreal to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for the Foulger Creek Hydroelectric Project, a proposed 7 MW peaking facility near Squamish, British Columbia. Boreal was tasked with preparing a hydrological and energy evaluation, including a peaking optimization model, developing robust capital and operational expenditures budgets, and preparing a detailed financial model.
