Hydroelectric Project Due Diligence

Boreal was recently retained to complete a comprehensive due diligence review for a construction‑ready hydroelectric project in central Chile. Once completed, the project will leverage existing irrigation infrastructure, including a dam and a tunnel, to generate power.

Boreal’s role in this due diligence was to prepare detailed hydrological and energy forecasts, validate proposed construction quantities and cost estimates, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
